Friends of Laguna Architecture is a community of people who are passionate about architecture. It is an opportunity to meet on the 4th Wed. of each month at 6:30 and wine and dine, chat and learn from a presentation on architecture. Different community projects, like an architectural tour, will be organized and funds will be used for the betterment of Laguna.

This community has been put together to attract people that enjoy all things real estate in Laguna Beach and the surrounding coastal cities. The meetups will provide educational workshops like how to get a loan, short sales, local architecture, income property opportunities, 1031  exchanges, appraisal techniques, guidance to work with the local city design review boards and much more.
